RCS type symmetrical 3-roll hydraulic bending and prebending machines feature CNC controls and are equipped to handle a wide range of sheet metal thicknesses.
Picot RCS machines are double pitch plate bending machines with wide openings between rollers, delivering perfect pre-bent edges and easy conical rolling.
Picot RCS plate roll bending machines can be designed and manufactured in six different sizes accommodating bending lengths from 1100 mm to 4100 mm, with top roll diameters ranging from 135 mm to 460 mm – in more than 50 configurations.
RCS bending machine model is a 3 roll plate driven symmetrical hydraulic roll bending machine with integrated pre-bending.
