This small machine is a pivot type semi automatic machine, mainly used for sawing of bars, etc., and can be adapted to sawing of various ferrous materials. It has the characteristics of high cutting efficiency, energy saving, narrow kerf, material saving, and simple operation.

* The saw blade tension of this small horizontal metal cutting bandsaw machine is manually controlled. After the band saw blade is installed on the saw wheels, rotate the torque wrench to control the tensioning screw on the tension seat to tension or loosen the saw blade. The tension force is set by the torque wrench.

* There is a fast approaching bar hanging on the saw frame. Before this bar touching the workpiece, the saw frame could do fast feeding action. Once this bar touching the workpiece, the saw frame will change to cut the workpiece in normal feeding rate.

* All electrical components are installed in electrical cabinets, and interlocks are provided between each action to ensure safety.
