The RCE sheet metal roller is a hydraulic roller 3 motorized rollers, symmetrical with integrated crunching, developed less than ten years ago to meet the needs of sheet metal workers for the work of fine sheet metal.
It is also the preferred machine for the training of operators in cfai-type schools and training centres. It almost completely replaces the sheet metal roller of asymmetrical technology 3 rollers. Indeed it allows, by its small footprint and its hydraulic power, to work all the materials (Steel, Stainless steel, aluminum) of small thickness (up to 3 to 4 mm) without damaging them and with great ease.
This machine also brings a very particular ease for the realization of cones. The RCE roller is sold at nearly 80% in CNC touch screen configuration equipped with our Easyroll patent.
The RCE crunchy roller is particularly suitable for:
